OxiSure Tech ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OxiSure Tech mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to provide, maintain, and personalize the App experience:
- Account & Identity Information: Your name and email address, collected during registration and profile setup, used to create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- Oxygen Supply Usage Preferences: Your equipment configurations, cannula replacement schedules, tubing replacement intervals, filter check preferences, and supply threshold settings. This information is used to calculate equipment wear cycles and generate proactive reorder reminders.

Synced Order History: Order identification numbers, purchased items, purchase dates, and fulfillment statuses synced from the OxiSure Tech official website (
oxisuretechsolutions.com, powered by Shopify) and Amazon (when explicitly linked by you). This data is used to display your consolidated purchase history and calibrate usage timelines. - Verification & Authentication Data: Temporary one-time passcodes (OTP) and communication dispatch timestamps used for secure verification when authenticating or connecting storefront accounts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We process your information for the following legitimate purposes:
- App Operation & Account Management: To create, maintain, and authenticate your user account.
- Usage Calculations & Reorder Reminders: To track equipment lifespan based on your usage preferences and past purchases, and to deliver timely notifications before your supplies run low.
- Order History Synchronization: To aggregate and present your past supply orders across authorized platforms.
- Security & Communications: To deliver transactional emails, account verification codes, and essential service announcements.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks.
3. Data Retention Policy
In compliance with applicable privacy standards and mobile application store policies, we disclose our data retention practices and criteria below:

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights
You have full control over your personal data. Your rights include:

Right to Request Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
- How to Submit: Send an email to info@oxisuretechsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" from your registered account email address.
- Fulfillment Timeline: All verified deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days of receipt. Upon completion, your account, personal identifiers, usage preferences, and order history are permanently expunged from our production databases and backup rotations.
- Right to Disconnect Services: You may unlink your Amazon or Shopify storefront accounts at any time via the Profile & Settings > Connected Accounts screen in the App. Disconnecting a service immediately halts future synchronization and queues synced external records for removal.
- Right to Access & Rectify: You can review and update your name, email, and supply preferences directly within the App's profile settings.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (supabase.com). We implement rigorous technical and organizational security safeguards, including:
- Encryption in Transit: All network communication is enforced over HTTPS utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- Encryption at Rest: Sensitive database volumes are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
- Row-Level Security (RLS): Database access is constrained by strict user-level authorization policies, preventing unauthorized cross-user data access.
6. Third-Party Services
We integrate with trusted third-party service providers strictly to perform operational functions on our behalf:

Shopify Inc.: Synchronizes order history for purchases made on
oxisuretechsolutions.com. - Amazon Services LLC: Synchronizes order history for purchases made through our official Amazon store (only when explicitly linked by you).
- AWS Simple Email Service (SES) / Resend: Delivers transactional verification emails and account security notices.
- Supabase Inc.: Provides secure cloud database hosting and identity authentication services.
Each third-party service processes data in accordance with their respective privacy and security standards.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is intended for adult users managing medical oxygen equipment. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or under 16 where required by local law). If we discover that a minor's data has been collected without verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete that information within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our legal obligations, technology, or operational practices. The "Last Updated" date at the top will indicate the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App following posted updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
